    your step3: 55mm bolt has no way to connect with extrusion end, I'mean the center of extrusion has no spiral cut (no threading) to accept 55mm nut and tighten it.

    Can you please upload a video showing how connect that hinge on extrusion end.

    Hello Masihhur,

    You are correct, the ends of the extrusions do not come threaded. However, we do offer a tapping kit that makes it easy for you to tap our extrusion ends. A guide can be found here:

    Once the extrusion end is tapped, you can connect the female block of the hinge as described in the guide above.
