What is my Order Status? (video)

To check the status of your order from your account, please follow the following steps:

1. Login to your Vention account. 
   • Note: If you do not have a Vention account, please contact your Vention representative.
2. On the main MachinePortal dashboard, click on the "Orders" tab.
3. From there, you will see the status of your order. 
   • Created: Order number has been created 
   • In Progress: Order is currently being picked/Order is ready to be shipped
   • Shipped: Order has been shipped
   • Delivered: Order has been delivered
4. Once your order is shipped, you will see the shipment arrival date, shipment details (parts to be shipped with your order), and you can track your package by clicking on the "Track Package" Button.
